Is This Considered Recycling

While hopping around the internet the other day I saw this idea and thought it was really cute and since I do try to recycle I thought I would try to make one or a couple,  Is this considered recycling?  What do you think?   Leave me a comment and let me know.

    Are they empty toilet paper rolls? They are fabulous! I especially LOVE the last one, so pink and filly and me:) Gorgeous!
